2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Customized or made-to-order items may take additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days, depending on location.
Remote areas may experience longer shipping times.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on weight, size, and delivery location.
Free shipping may be available for bulk or promotional orders (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking ID once the order is shipped. You can track your order using the provided link.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier service.

7. Delays & Exceptions

KalaKutir is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, courier strikes, or other unforeseen events.
