KALAA KUTIR Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

• We accept returns only in the following cases:
  • The product is damaged during shipping.
  • The product is defective or has a manufacturing issue.
  • The received item is incorrect (different from the order placed).
• Returns are not accepted for minor variations in color, texture, or handmade imperfections, as our products are handcrafted and unique.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated only in cases where:
  • A replacement is not available for the returned product.
  • The order is canceled before dispatch (if applicable).
• Refunds will be processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway and credited to the original payment source within 5-7 business days after approval.

3. Return Process

• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting us via:

• The product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• Packed securely with all tags and accessories.
• Shipped back using a trackable courier service (if required).

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• If an order is canceled within the allowed time, the refund will be processed as per PhonePe PG rules.

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products.
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
• Products returned without prior approval.
